The HR Curriculum Guidebook 和 Templates were developed by SHRM to define the minimum HR content areas that should be studied by HR students at the undergraduate 和 graduate levels. The guidelines -- created in 2006 和 revalidated in 2010, 2013, 和 2017-- are part of SHRM’s Academic Initiative to define HR education st和ards taught in university business schools 和 help 大学 develop degree programs that follow these st和ards.

CTU does not guarantee third-party certifications. Certification requirements for taking 和 passing certification examinations are not controlled by CTU but by outside agencies 和 are subject to change by the agencies without notice to CTU. 因此, CTU cannot guarantee that graduates will be eligible to take certification examinations, regardless of their eligibility status upon enrollment.
